About Me

I am Jahn Rosh J. Ingel, known online as Rosh Ingel. I am a Computer Science student and aspiring Full Stack Developer from the Philippines. I specialize in building web applications, database-driven systems, and practical technology solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Node.js, Bootstrap, Firebase, and other modern development tools.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Caloocan City. My journey in technology started with a simple curiosity about computers and gradually grew into a passion for programming and software development. For more than two years, I have been learning and practicing web development, continuously improving my skills through school projects, personal projects, hands-on activities, and real-world technical experiences.

Throughout my development journey, I have created different projects such as my personal portfolio, CutieAI, eTasks Maker, Personal Profile Card, Git Command Generator, and QR Code Generator. I enjoy turning ideas into functional applications and exploring how different technologies can work together. Every project I build gives me an opportunity to learn something new, whether it involves frontend design, backend development, databases, APIs, authentication, or deployment.

One of my projects, MISLend, focuses on creating a smart equipment management system for an MIS environment. It explores features such as user authentication, QR-based borrowing and returning, equipment management, student information, and database integration. Working on systems like this has helped me understand how technology can be used to improve real-world processes and make information easier to manage.

My technical experience also extends beyond web development. I have worked with MySQL and database management, PHP and CodeIgniter, Node.js backends, Firebase services, Git and GitHub, and deployment platforms such as Netlify. I have also explored hardware and embedded systems using Arduino and ESP32, working with sensors such as the MPU6050 and MAX30102. These experiences have helped me become more comfortable with both software and hardware while strengthening my problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

My learning journey has also been supported by hands-on work experience. During my work immersion and internship-related activities, I was involved in tasks such as managing student databases, updating systems, troubleshooting computers, assisting with LAN and Wi-Fi problems, working with servers, and creating or editing digital content for school-related activities. These experiences taught me that working in technology is not only about programming but also about communication, teamwork, patience, and being able to adapt to different situations.

I consider myself a curious and persistent learner. I enjoy solving problems, especially when I encounter something that initially seems difficult to understand. Whether it is a programming error, database issue, deployment problem, or hardware malfunction, I try to understand the cause and find a proper solution instead of giving up. Every error I encounter becomes another opportunity to improve my knowledge and become a better developer.

As a Computer Science student, I am particularly interested in full-stack development, database systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies. I want to continue expanding my technical knowledge while gaining more experience in building applications that are useful, reliable, and easy to use. My goal is to become a developer who can work on a project from its initial idea all the way to a complete and functional system.

My long-term vision is to build meaningful technology, contribute to projects that can help people, and establish myself as a skilled IT professional. I want to continue learning, create better projects, gain real-world experience, and eventually work with people who share the same passion for technology and innovation.

I know that my journey is still beginning, and there is still a lot for me to learn. But I believe that every line of code, every project, every mistake, and every problem I solve brings me one step closer to the developer I want to become.
